Who this is for

You've learned how to keep going.

Even when you're emotionally exhausted. Even when your mind never fully slows down. Even when your body is asking for rest in ways you can no longer ignore.

From the outside, your life still looks functional. You're responsible, capable, the one everyone relies on.

But inside, something feels different now. Holding everything together for so long has slowly started to disconnect you from yourself, and it's costing you: your health, your relationships, and a sense of purpose you're now starting to question.

There's a constant emotional fatigue you can't quite explain to the people around you.

No amount of rest, productivity, or pushing through is actually restoring you anymore.

You're present for everyone else, but rarely present for yourself.

Somewhere along the way, survival quietly became your normal.

"You are not broken. You adapted.
And that distinction changes everything."

What RETURN gives back

You came in carrying everything.
You'll leave carrying yourself.

Right now, so much of your energy goes to holding it together. Staying capable. Staying needed. Keeping the pace, even as the cost quietly rises in your body, your relationships, your sense of why.

RETURN is where that weight gets to come down. For six days, nothing is asked of you except to be here. No performing, no managing, no proving. Your nervous system slowly registers that it's safe to stop.

The journey moves through two phases. The first is about receiving, finally letting yourself take in the care and tenderness you've spent years giving to everyone else. The second goes deeper, into the quiet work of meeting and releasing what you've carried for so long.

And in that space, something starts to return. Feeling comes back to places that had gone numb. Your body softens. Your mind quiets enough to hear yourself again, underneath everyone else's needs.

You won't leave with another plan to optimize your life. You'll leave reconnected to the woman who can actually live it.

You'll trade the heaviness you walked in with for clarity, steadiness, and a sense of yourself you may have thought you'd lost. Not a new you. The one who was always there.

The RETURN process

Four movements.
One journey back.

I

Pause

Interrupt survival momentum

The immersion begins by creating real space, a deliberate interruption of the pace that keeps you from yourself. Your body finally exhales from the constant doing.

II

Aware

Recognize what's running beneath the surface

Through grounded, science-backed awareness and honest reflection, you start to understand the survival patterns shaping the way you think, feel, relate, and live.

III

Release

Soften stored emotional overload

Through embodiment, ice immersion, temazcal ceremony, water rituals, and sensory experience, your nervous system releases what the mind alone can't resolve.

IV

Return

Reconnect with yourself

Not a fixed or finished version of you, but the one buried under years of pressure, responsibility, and adaptation. Clearer. Lighter. More grounded in what actually matters.

The environments

Two extraordinary places.
One intentional journey.

Each environment is chosen with intention. Moving between them mirrors the inner shift RETURN is designed to create: from exhale to depth, from stillness to clarity.

Your nervous system begins its first exhale here. Surrounded by emerald rivers, ancient jungle, and the quiet beauty of the Caribbean, the environment itself begins the work before any session starts.

What you'll move through

Carefully designed
across six days.

Every element is here because it works at a level deeper than the mind. Not as entertainment, but as transformation.

Muluk Spa — stone columns, water, and jungle — where the nervous system exhales
Muluk Spa · Hotel Xcaret Arte · Hydrotherapy circuit
Temazcal at Alma Maya — ancestral dome in the jungle, Puerto Morelos

Temazcal Ceremony

An ancestral purification ritual of heat, darkness, and ancient medicine, held in Alma Maya's own jungle temazcal. A powerful invitation for the nervous system to let go of what it has held for too long.

Ice Immersion

A science-backed practice for nervous system regulation that teaches the body to find stillness inside discomfort, and calm inside pressure.

Alma Maya cenote — sacred emerald water, limestone, wooden dock

Water Rituals & Cenote

Sacred water from Alma Maya's own cenote and the rivers of the Riviera Maya: ancient, crystalline, held in limestone. Water as a way back to release, renewal, and sensory reconnection.

Embodiment Practices

Somatic movement, breathwork, and body-based awareness that allow the body to process what the mind alone cannot reach.

Nervous System Science

Grounded, accessible sessions that bring the survival patterns shaping your inner life into view, turning awareness into the first act of change.

Integration Circles

Small-group reflection held in safety and depth. Honest conversation among women who are ready to see and be seen, without performing.

What's included

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

Is this for you?

RETURN is for women
who recognize this.

You're high-functioning, and exhausted in a way that's hard to explain to the people around you.
You've tried rest, routines, and self-improvement, and something still feels missing underneath it all.
You sense that the life asking to emerge is beyond the one you're currently living.
You're ready for real change, not more information, but lived, embodied experience.
You're willing to step away from ordinary life for six days and meet yourself again.

Your facilitators

Held by three women who have
lived and studied this work.

Silvia G. Suro

Founder, Kabash Method · Human Transformation Specialist
Guadalajara, Mexico

Silvia G. Suro has spent the last decade where human performance, wellness, and transformation meet, working with individuals and organizations to move past surface-level change into something that actually lasts.

As the founder of Kabash, her wellness center in Guadalajara, Mexico, Silvia built something rare: a place where science-backed methodology meets embodied, lived experience. Her work draws on neuroscience, somatic practice, nervous system regulation, and the deep wisdom of ancestral traditions.

RETURN is her most personal creation, born from her own understanding of what high-functioning women carry in silence, and what becomes possible when they're finally given the space, safety, and depth to put it down.

She holds leadership coaching certifications from international consulting agencies and is currently completing her NLP coaching certification in the UK.

Her approach integrates evidence-based psychology with a profound respect for the mind-body connection, creating an environment where meaningful insight and lasting change can unfold naturally. Rather than viewing people through the lens of pathology, Dr. Williams believes that every individual possesses an innate capacity for healing, growth, and expansion when offered the right conditions.

At RETURN, Dr. Williams serves as both a facilitator and clinical support, helping create a psychologically safe foundation for the retreat’s transformational experiences. Whether participants are navigating powerful moments of reflection, emotional release, or personal discovery, she offers grounded guidance that allows those experiences to be explored with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Her work is guided by one simple belief: transformation is not about becoming someone new—it is about creating the safety and awareness needed to remember who you have always been.

The next step

You've carried enough.
It's time to return.

If something in these words felt familiar, if you recognized yourself in the weight being described, trust that. It means something.

Some transformations require more than information. They require space, immersion, embodiment, and safety.
